What is your normal delivery time?

Normal production time for most items is 3-5 working days.  Large orders or custom-designed pieces can take longer and will be quoted prior to the beginning of production.  Rush service is also available on most items. Contact us for a quote.

What are your payment terms?

All internet orders are paid when the order is placed. We accept American Express, Mastercard, VISA and Discover.

Can items be returned?

No products may be returned without prior approval from our customer service department.  Because of the personalized nature of awards, most items are not reusable after they have been engraved or etched. In some cases, the engraving plate on a trophy can be replaced in order to utilize the award for a different occasion or recipient. Please contact us to discuss this on a case-by-case basis.

What is the procedure for cancelling or changing an order?

Call ASAP to cancel an order and reference your internet order number. Your refund will depend on your order status. All costs incurred up to cancellation date will be billed.  Changes will be made at no charge depending on order status.

What if I received damaged goods?

Damaged goods need to be reported to our company within 5 days from the receipt of the shipment.  Please inspect the exterior of your packages carefully upon receipt and report any obvious damage to the courier.  It is VERY IMPORTANT that you retain all packaging and wrapping materials for UPS or FedEx inspection required for insurance claims.  

What if my award is engraved incorrectly?

Please contact us immediately so a replacement item can be shipped out as soon as possible. A charge will only occur if the artwork proof was approved.

Will I see a proof before my award is shipped?

Most of our awards require a proof to be sent unless the item has simple engraving instructions (ex. trophy plates or medals). Our art department always copies and pastes your instructions from the web to guarantee the spelling is correct. Please make sure to proof your instructions before sending. Once you receive a proof from our art department, please respond with approval or changes immediately so your order will not be delayed. 

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify the pricing provided with or without notice.  We make every effort to ensure our pricing listed in our online catalog is accurate and that a pricing change would only occur when we discover an error on a product.  You will be notified of any price changes and will have the opportunity to cancel your order.
